Pick Your keywords wisely..

When starting out in internet marketing it is very easy to waste a lot of money and instantly think life is against you and you will never make a living at this and give up. Well 99 out of 100 affiliate marketers do this, make this massive mistake and fail miserably and land on there backside…
Remember there are many sayings which talk about struggles, “Rome wasn’t built in a day” is the one that springs to mind, but I am going to give you a couple of massive tips when going into the dog eat dog world of affiliate marketing
- Never beat the hands that feeds you – There are many people out there who just copy techniques letter for letter, without thinking and hope to become the next internet millionaire. Remember I am providing you the techniques to go out there and make the money, and not hand holding you to the riches
- Never boast about your earnings: By god if there is one thing I hate it is the pricks out there who boast that they earn x amount of money a week by working 2 hours a day – to be an affiliate marketer requires so much more than just the initial investment – if you are not prepared to put in your heart and soul, as well as a lot of long hours to get things going then I suggest you press the exit button now and save your precious TV Time to go and watch casualty or whatever other crap is on the TV right now.
- Now we have weeded out some of the wannabes, want to know what the biggest tip I can give you with regards to using keywords to your advantage whilst operating on the tinyest of tiny budgets? Use a keyword which is a direct call to action where people are looking to take the action there and then. An example of this is a keyword such as a product name, for this example we will pick the first thing I can see in the room – phillips screwdriver. The keyword phillips screwdriver is very generic and in reality will provide a lot of traffic and a lot of cost with a reasonable chance of conversion, however if we convert that into “buy phillips screwdriver”, the chances of conversion increase. I am not saying add the word “buy” in front of everything – use your brain to work out what would be better!
Until Next Time
